KARYANASIONAL.COM, Mataram/NTB, __ Ketua Umum Masyarakat Ilmu Pemerintahan Indonesia (MIPI) Muhammad Ridho Ficardo mengatakan pihaknya siap memberi masukan kajian akademik kepada Asosiasi DPRD Kota Seluruh Indonesia (Adeksi) terkait rumusan regulatif kebijakan otonomi daerah dan desentralisasi fiskal.
Hal tersebut diungkapkan Ketua MIPI Ridho Ficardo, usai penandatanganan kesepakatan antara Masyarakat Ilmu Pemerintahan Indonesia (MIPI) dengan Asosiasi DPRD Kota Seluruh Indonesia (Adeksi), di Mataram/NTB, Selasa (26/2/2019).
“Kami dari MIPI dan Adeksi telah melakukan kesepakatan hari ini terkait pengembangan wawasan dan ilmu pengetetahuan otonomi daerah. Insha Allah ini awal yang baik bagi kita semua dalam mengabdikan ilmu untuk masyarakat,” ujar Ridho, yang juga Gubernur Lampung itu.
Menurut Ridho, dalam kesepakatan ini, MIPI siap menggerakkan tenaga ahlinya untuk memberikan masukan akademik bagi wawasan dan pengembangan pengetahuan di Adeksi.
Penandatanganan kesepakatan dengan surat bernomor: 01/PKS/Adeksi/DP/II/2019 dan 02/KS/MIPI/II/2019 dilakukan langsung oleh Ketua MIPI dan Ketua Adeksi Ir. H. Armudji dalam acara Rapat Kerja Nasional (Rakernas) Adeksi), sejumlah pejabat Departemen Dalam Negeri (Depdagri), seperti Dirjen Otonomi Daerah Sumarsono dan sejumlah pejabat lainnya.
Ketua Panitia Rakernas H. Didi Sumardi, kepada media lokal setempat mengatakan acara itu dihadiri pimpinan dan anggota DPRD kota sebagai peserta Rakernas Adeksi, dan kepada pejabat pusat dan para nara sumber.
Rakernas ke-IV Adeksi ini akan berlangsung tanggal 25 – 28 Februari 2019. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh pimpinan dan anggota DPRD kota se-Indonesia. Tema yang diangkat dalam Rakernas Adeksi kali ini adalah ‘’Memperkuat Otonomi, Memperkokoh NKRI untuk Keadilan dan Kesejahteraan Bangsa yang Merupakan Refleksi Undang-Undang No. 23 tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah’’.
