KARYANASIONAL.COM, TULANG BAWANG – Tim Gagak Hitam Sat Sabhara Polres Tulang Bawang berhasil mengungkap dua pemuda pelaku peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan Narkotika.
Kasat Sabhara AKP Anas Sobirin, SE mewakili PLH Kapolres Tulang Bawang AKBP Ronalzie Agus, SIK mengatakan, para pelaku ditangkap hari Kamis (15/08/2019), sekira pukul 21.50 WIB, di Jalan Lintas Rawa Jitu arah Tugu Gajah, Kampung Sumber Makmur, Kecamatan Banjar Margo, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang.
“Adapun identitas para pelaku tersebut yaitu berinisial AG (26), berprofesi karyawan swasta, warga Tiyuh Cahyo Randu, Kecamatan Pagar Dewa, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat dan AI als AN (20), beprofesi tani, warga Mess PT. Silva Alba 1 Divisi 3, Kecamatan Mesuji Timur, Kabupaten Mesuji,” ujar AKP Anas, Minggu (18/08/2019).
Penangkapan terhadap para pelaku ini, berdasarkan informasi dari warga masyarakat kepada Kasat Sabhara yang mengatakan akan berlangsung transaksi narkotika.
Berbekal informasi tersebut, Kasat Sabhara langsung memimpin tim gagak hitam melakukan patroli hunting. Saat sedang melaksanakan patroli, ditengah perjalanan tim melihat dua orang pemuda yang sedang mengendarai sepeda motor Yamaha Vega ZR warna hitam putih tanpa plat nomor dengan gerak gerik yang mencurigakan.
Tim langsung melakukan pengejaran terhadap sepeda motor tersebut, bukannya berhenti tetapi sepeda motor tersebut malah tancap gas hingga akhirnya terjatuh. Saat akan di geledah, salah satu pelaku langsung membuang bungkusan hitam dan setelah di periksa ternyata di dalamnya terdapat paket kecil yang berisi narkotika jenis sabu dan setengah butir pil inex warna hijau muda.
Petugas lalu menggeledah pelaku AI als AN dan ditemukan sebilah sajam (senjata tajam) jenis pisau garpu yang diselipkan dipinggang sebelah kirinya.
Dari tangan para pelaku, petugas kami berhasil menyita BB (barang bukti) berupa paket kecil sabu, setengah butir pil inex warna hijau muda, sajam jenis pisau garpu, sepeda motor Yamaha Vega ZR warna hitam putih tanpa plat nomor dan dua unit HP (handphone).
Para pelaku berikut BB langsung dibawa ke Mapolres Tulang Bawang dan diserahkan ke piket fungsi Satres Narkoba untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan secara intensif serta akan dijerat dengan Pasal 114 ayat 1 Jo Pasal 132 ayat 1 Sub Pasal 112 ayat 1 Jo Pasal 132 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.(Hartawan)
