KARYANASIONAL.COM, BANDAR LAMPUNG – Kebakaran terjadi di Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Al Hidrotul Munawaroh, Jalan Purnawirawan, Gunungterang, Langkapura, Bandarlampung, Senin (15/7). Belum diketahui penyebab peristiwa tersebut.
Pantauan media dilokasi, mobil pemadam kebakaran dan petugas dari Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Bandarlampung berupaya memadamkan api. Armada pemadam bergantian tiba di lokasi.
Sementara petugas mengevakuasi santri yang ada di pondok pesantren tersebut. Kemudian mengeluarkan barang-barang yang ada di dalam gedung.
Kebakaran juga menyebabkan kawasan tersebut macet. Ini terjadi lantaram pengendara motor berhenti untuk mengetahui peristiwa yang terjadi di kawasan tersebut.
Menurut Ahmad (50), salah seorang warga, api terlihat sejak pukulpukul 18.20 WIB. “Saya baru keluar masjid dan melihat api sudah membesar. Nggak tahu, barang-barang habis,” kata Ahmad. (Hartawan)
