KARYANASIONALCOM, TULANG BAWANG – Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Kabupaten Tulangbawang menggelar sosialisasi dan evaluasi capaian kampung Keluarga Berencana (KB) Tahun 2019, Bertempat di Ruang Rapat Lantai III, Mall Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Tiyuh Tohou Menggala, Rabu (25/09/2019).
Kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut dihadiri Bupati Tulangbawang Hj. Winarti SE.,MH. yang diwakili oleh Asisten I Ahmad Suharyo dan Kepala Dinas (DPPKB) dr. Herry Novrizal serta sejumlah Kepala Kampung di Tulangbawang.
Dalam sambutannya Asisten I Ahmad Suharyo mengatakan, program keluarga berencana (KB) begitu penting bagi kehidupan masyarakat, untuk itu perlu terbentuknya kampung KB supaya masyarakat sadar akan pentingnya dan dibentuk nya kampung itu adalah upaya pemerintah untuk membangun pemberdayaan masyarakat, agar kedepannya bisa sejahtera.
“Ini adalah program pusat, saran pemerintah program ini diberikan lokasi atau zona, agar bisa mengerjakan program kegiatan keluarga berencana, dan melakukan penyuluhan supaya seluruh masyarakat bisa mengerti, memahami fungsi dari pada dibentuknya kampung KB tersebut,” ujar Ahmad Suharyo menyampaikan pesan Bupati Winarti.
Sementara Kadis DPPKB dr. Herry Novrizal mengatakan, tujuan sosialisasi ini, diharapkan agar warga semakin paham, semakin mengerti, dan mau mengembangkan berbagai asumsi kegiatan untuk menuju keluarga yang berkualitas.
Dirinya menambahkan, semakin banyak terbentuknya kampung KB dan semakin sering sosialisasi terhadap warga masyarakat maka kualitas dan kuantitas penduduk dapat dikendalikan.
“Untuk itu perlu bersosialisasi terhadap masyarakat, supaya mendorong kaum ibu-ibu muda, untuk mengikuti program ini, sehingga upaya mensejahterakan keluarga tercapai,” tutupnya. (Hartawan)
